Unkaku is our premium daily-use matcha, offering authentic Uji quality at an accessible price point. While lighter in umami than ceremonial grades, it delivers excellent flavor when paired with milk, sweeteners, or used in baking and cooking.

**How to Prepare:**

**Matcha Latte:**
1. Sift 2-3g of matcha into a bowl or cup
2. Add 50ml hot water (70-80°C)
3. Whisk until smooth paste forms
4. Add 200ml steamed milk (dairy or plant-based)
5. Sweeten to taste (optional)

**Smoothie:**
Add 1-2g matcha directly to blender with fruits, yogurt, and liquid of choice.

**Storage & Shelf Life:**
Store in a cool, dark place. Best used within 6-9 months of opening. Refrigeration recommended after opening to maintain freshness.
